The Creative Advertising Team (CAT) is a conduit between the station’s Programming, Sales and Marcom Departments. The team develops generic and customised proposals that fit into the station’s programming profile and provides the Client with the desired advertising impact.

The objectives of the team are to provide unique and compelling ideas based on smart strategic thinking, and assist in creating Client campaigns that are noticed, have an impact and deliver a message with a punch. The team looks towards developing a focussed approach that makes a campaign stand out amongst its competitors, and encourages new business enquiries as well as increased sales for the Client.

Commercial Production Unit

The Creative Production Unit (CPU) is a team that conceptualizes, develops and produces radio commercials. The team works on a two-step approach towards achieving this objective :

1. Client brief : The commercials are developed and executed based on information provided by the Client.

3. Direct approach : This is by presenting radio commercial ideas (scripts and/or produced commercials) to the Advertising or Media Agency, and the Client. The ideas are conceptualized by the team based on current advertising trends of the Client, as well as concepts projecting the future development of the Client’s brand.
